Missy purchased Golden Heart on January 1st, 2025 following Sue’s retirement. Missy worked under Sue for eleven years where she was the Director of Operations, a PCA, an intake specialist and became a Supervisory Professional. Missy has hands on experience in all aspects of the home health care industry which makes her well rounded in her passion for person centered care. Missy brings 21 years of integrity and experience in home health care to work for every client by ensuring each person is satisfied with a high level of care. When Missy is not at work, she enjoys her time with her husband, Jason, their children, and their dogs Gunner, Karma, Ninja and Luna.
Melissa Hines
Sue Grattan
Sue Grattan, is the former Owner of Golden Heart. She retired on January 1, 2025 and is enjoying the winter in the warmth! Luckily for us, Sue is going to return in the spring and will be our Operations Manager. She brings 25 years of experience to the table and has a bachelors degree in Social Work. Sue is very knowledgeable in all aspects of the home care industry. Sue is a Supervisory Professional and a Disability Specialist. We anxiously await Sue’s return!
Hailey Grattan
Hailey is our Director of Operations. Hailey is Missy’s daughter, making Golden Heart a family run business! Hailey has been with Golden Heart for eight years. Throughout her time here at Golden Heart, Hailey has been a PCA and has been out in the field doing intakes as our Intake Specialist. Hailey obtained her certificate as Supervisory Professional (formerly Qualified Professional) in 2021. Hailey spends her time outside of work with her husband, Alex, daughter, Lyla and their dogs, Toby, Kimber, Koda and Ruger.
Megan Gage
Megan is our Office Manager here at Golden Heart. Megan has been with us for ten years. Megan has been in the field since 2006 and she has obtained her Supervisory Professional (formerly Qualified Professional) in 2023. When Megan is not at work she enjoys her time with her husband Jason, and their daughters Jocelyn and McKinley.
Amanda Taylor
Amanda is our Operations Administrator and has been with Golden Heart for a year. Amanda previously worked as an accountant and still does accounting in our office. Albeit she is new to the Golden Heart team and health field she is a quick learner and became one of our newest Supervisory Professionals recently. When Amanda is not working she enjoys her time with her boyfriend Derek and their five children. Amanda also helps coach the Pillager Clay Target Team in her spare time.
Dawn Larson
Dawn is our Office Clerk and is also one of our valued PCAs. Dawn has been with us for ten years! She is always willing to lend a hand and helps tremendously even if she already has a lot on her plate! She helps in every office function and department and her value is immeasurable! We are grateful to have Dawn with us! In her spare time Dawn spends time with her husband Dean, her children and grandchildren.
Julie Vroman
Julie is our Payroll Specialist and has been with us for ten years. She goes above and beyond chasing timesheets for us, ha! We very much appreciate the hard work she puts in to make sure we are all paid timely! Julie is also Megan’s (our office manager) mom, really driving home the family importance in our business. In her spare time, Julie enjoys time with her husband, her children, grandchildren and cats.
Megan Geib
Megan is our intake specialist and also one of our newest Supervisory Professionals. Megan has been with Golden Heart for two years. Megan provides a lot of support for all of our office staff and speaks with many of our valued PCAs and clients daily! Megan was also one of our valued PCAs bringing a hands on knowledge base to the table. In her spare time, Megan enjoys fishing with her children.
