Missy purchased Golden Heart on January 1st, 2025 following Sue’s retirement. Missy worked under Sue for eleven years where she was the Director of Operations, a PCA, an intake specialist and became a Supervisory Professional. Missy has hands on experience in all aspects of the home health care industry which makes her well rounded in her passion for person centered care. Missy brings 21 years of integrity and experience in home health care to work for every client by ensuring each person is satisfied with a high level of care. When Missy is not at work, she enjoys her time with her husband, Jason, their children, and their dogs Gunner, Karma, Ninja and Luna. 

Hailey is our Director of Operations, Disability Specialist, and Missy’s daughter, making Golden Heart truly a family-run business! Hailey has been with Golden Heart for nine years, starting as a PCA, moving into the field as our Intake Specialist, and earning her certificate as a Supervisory Professional (formerly Qualified Professional) in 2021. Her expertise, compassion, and dedication make her an essential part of our success. Outside of work, Hailey enjoys spending time with her husband, Alex, and their daughter, Lyla, at the race track.

Megan is our dedicated Office Manager and Designated Biller at Golden Heart, Megan has been an integral part of our team for the past ten years. Her career in the home care field began in 2006, giving her nearly two decades of hands-on experience and industry knowledge. In 2023, she earned her certification as a Supervisory Professional (formerly Qualified Professional), further expanding her expertise and leadership skills. Megan is known for her organization, problem-solving abilities, and commitment to ensuring both clients and staff receive the support they need to thrive. Outside of work, Megan enjoys spending time with her husband, Jason, and their daughters, Jocelyn and McKinley, making memories together as a family.

Julie is our Payroll Specialist and has been with us for ten years. She goes above and beyond chasing timesheets for us, ha! We very much appreciate the hard work she puts in to make sure we are all paid timely! Julie is also Megan’s (our office manager) mom, really driving home the family importance in our business. In her spare time, Julie enjoys time with her husband, her children, grandchildren and cats.

Megan is our intake specialist and also one of our newest Supervisory Professionals. Megan has been with Golden Heart for two years. Megan provides a lot of support for all of our office staff and speaks with many of our valued PCAs and clients daily! Megan was also one of our valued PCAs bringing a hands on knowledge base to the table. In her spare time, Megan enjoys fishing with her children.
